  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been processed and shipped.


Delivery Time

  • We strive to deliver all watches within 7 days from the date of shipping.

  • Delivery times may be extended due to traffic, rough weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected delivery method.

  • Any additional delivery costs caused by incorrect address information are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable) to monitor your shipment.

  • Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
