Damaged Items on Delivery

If you receive a watch that is damaged at the time of delivery, please follow these steps:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged watch and packaging.

  • Send the photos to us on WhatsApp at 0339-5044556 within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Our team will review the issue and deal with you directly to provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

⚠️ Claims made without photo evidence or after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.


Return & Refund Requests (Non-Damaged Items)

  • You may request a return or refund within 7 days after delivery.

  • The watch must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including the box and packaging.

  • To start a return or refund request, please contact us on WhatsApp at 0339-5044556.


Delivery Charges

  • If you choose to return the watch or request a refund, delivery/shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable.


Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable time.


Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns for watches that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery.

  • This policy applies only to purchases made through our store.
